What are the Limitations of the SBAL Warranty?

Your SBAL warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship.  The following claims will not be covered:

  • damage caused by accident, misuse, product modification, or neglect
  • damage occurring during shipment
  • damage resulting from failure to observe power handling capability
  • damage resulting from repair not authorized by SBAL
  • claims or misrepresentations made by the seller
  • any product which has had the serial number removed or modified

Who is Protected by SBAL's Warranty?

The SBAL warranty protects the original and all subsequent owners so long as the original dated bill of sale is presented at the time of service.   If no receipt can be furnished then the warranty start date will revert to the date the enclosure was actually built according to our records.

What Does the SBAL Warranty Cover?

The SBAL warranty pays for all the materials and labor for all repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship.  You will be responsible for shipping the product to SBAL.  However, we will pay the return shipping charges if the needed repairs are covered under warranty

What To Do When Repair Is Needed?

Contact SBAL at 1-800-628-9084 or email to service@soundbridge.com.
We may direct you to an authorized SBAL service provider or we may have you send the product directly to the factory for repair.  Either way you will need to present the original bill of sale to establish the date of purchase.
