In 1971, Buddy Crouse and John Paul Kimzey teamed together to form a broadcast engineering and consulting firm. Both quickly realized that engineering and consulting had to go hand and hand with sales. The company then added product lines that enabled them to do complete turnkey installations. Buddy Crouse even built on-air consoles for stations, many of which are still on the air today. Buddy is still remembered as one of the premier Texas engineers.
